Since our founding in the early Meiji era, we have placed technological expertise at the core of our business and have grown alongside the development of industry. Today, as a specialized manufacturer of drilling machines for semiconductor package substrates and printed circuit boards, we contribute to the accelerating AI society and the evolution of next-generation digital infrastructure through the design, manufacture, sale, and customer service of our machinery.

In July 2025, our company became a subsidiary of Amada Co., Ltd. Guided by the Amada Group’s “Amada One” philosophy, we will further accelerate technological innovation by combining our unique development and response capabilities—which enable us to provide our cutting-edge “laser processing machines” and “drilling machines” as a one-stop solution—with the Amada Group’s global management resources and network.

We have adopted the Amada Group’s management philosophy—“Growing Together with Our Customers”—as our new guiding principle. Guided by this philosophy, we will deepen our understanding of our customers’ challenges and work together to create new value, thereby further strengthening our relationships of trust with all of you.
